Rich Regan is a graduate of both Towson University and Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has worked in a variety of restaurants from Auckland, New Zealand to Chicago to Baltimore. Rich and his wife, Kelly opened Monocacy Crossing in 2000. Rich and Kelly live in Frederick with their daughter, Emma.
